Returns/Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely happy!! & offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all toys & baby items which can be
returned to either store or send back the item within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If you choose
to return a product after 60 days, you will receive a store credit. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refunded. All merchandise must be returned it is own original packaging and in sellable condition.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Special order items (please note special orders cannot be cancelled once placed)
  • Custom furniture orders (please note special orders cannot be cancelled once placed)
  • Opened potty seats
  • Opened bathtubs
  • Opened feeding utensils and sippy cups
  • Opened/used strollers
  • Opened/used car seats
  • Playard, playpen, and pack 'n play
  • All mattresses
  • Baby hats and diaper covers

Defective/damaged products

We go the extra mile for every product that we sell no matter how small. If you discover a manufacturing defect in
the product that you've purchased from us, please, we're here to help! First, we'll check in to make sure there is
indeed a defect - after all, some remote control drones can be tricky & baby gear manuals can be tough to decipher
without help. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll figure out the best course of action to take. Every manufacturer
has a different method for ensuring customer satisfaction, so we'll determine whether you need to contact their
customer service department, or if we should make the call. Regardless of the end result, we promise that we will
do everything possible to find a solution for you. At the end of the day, we want everyone happy & that's why you shop with us!

Restocking fee

Items returned without complete original packaging and/or proper shipping materials could be subject to a
25% restocking fee. Missing warranties subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

Refused packages

Any refused or undeliverable package(s) returned to our stores will be refunded the original purchase price less fee
of $10 + 10% of the original purchase price. This is because we are charged hefty return shipping costs from UPS.

Orders Over/Under $99

As you know, orders over $99 from & ship for free. However, if you return a
portion of your purchase that causes the total to fall below $99, the $7.95 shipping cost will be subtracted from your
refund. For instance, if your order totals $125 and you return items totaling $50 your refund will be $67.05.

Returns by mail

  1. Email us at and tell us your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Please ship your return via UPS, FedEx, or the postal service to the address below and in the package include your receipt or a copy of your receipt. We recommend you use a shipping service with proof of delivery or tracking options. Kidstop is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
  3. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process any returns by mail. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
