Shipping Policy
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail-whichever provides the best service to your door. In-stock items will ship within 48 hours from the time your order is placed. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery. We prefer to ship UPS service but to accommodate a P.O. Box number or out of the country shipment, we can ship USPS Priority Mail, which is an additional $8.00 fee. This fee you will see as a separate item on your bill.

These rates are for Continental U.S. only. We can ship outside of the United States; shipping costs will vary by size and weight of the box. Out of the country shipment costs will show up as a separate transaction on your bill. Kidstop is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves the United States. Postal services vary from country to country, so we cannot know when your package will arrive.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Overnight, 2nd Day Air are available. Call us at 1-480-609-9012 for this service and we will be happy to include it. Charges will appear separately on your bill. Orders placed after 3:00 pm may cause delay of one day.
Weekend Delivery
Not a problem. Need a gift delivered on a Saturday, call us at 1-480-609-9012 and we can set up your purchase for a weekend delivery. The fee is an additional $10.00 which will appear as a separate item on your bill.
Shipping Deadlines
When time is of the essence and you have less than 10 working days for the package to arrive, we suggest 3 day shipping or 2nd day air. For Christmas, we will not be able to guarantee on time delivery on orders placed after December 15th. We want to ensure all packages arrive in time so please use 3-Day ground and after the 20th of Dec, 2nd Day Air.
Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please, call us immediately at 1-480-609-9012 so we can pull it from the ship-out stack. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been picked out and are out of our door. Please refer to our Returns Section for ease of returns.
Sales Tax
If the destination of your package is within the State of Arizona, a 7.95% sales tax will be included on your order.
If the destination of your package is outside the State of Arizona, no sales tax will be charged.
Out of Stock Items
Please call 1-480-609-9012 if you wish to make sure that the items you are ordering are in stock today. Thanks to our loyal customers who shop their Best of Phoenix toy store often, many toys are leaving our store on an hourly basis. Therefore, an item may be out of stock even though it does not say so on the web page. By calling, we can avert all disasters and suggest a wonderful substitute if this situation occurs. We have lots of great toys; we just can't fit everything on the webpages. Thanks for your understanding, it's hard to imagine but our favorite toys can be gone in a flash.
If you place an order that contains an out-of-stock item, it is our practice to go ahead & ship the in-stock items immediately, billing you for shipping costs only on the in-stock items... We will email you when the back-ordered items arrive to see if you would still like them, and then ship to you at half of the UPS costs.
Returns
Kidstop offers a 30-day money back on all toys. If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. We do request that the toy has not been played with and is in its original packaging. To receive a refund, you must include with the item your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Please include a note explaining why the item is defective and include your name, address, and phone number along with the original receipt. If it is a manufacturer's problem, Kidstop will refund shipping charges if replacement is not requested. Mail defectives to
